TBR Pile and ARCS

Just thought I would chuck out an update of some of the amazing books I received recently and what's on my TBR pile!

After the excellent Dracula Vs. Hitler from Inkshares I was stoked to get another book from them. Rush by Brian Guthrie which is extremely captivating and sucked me in right away. I'm about 200 pages into that one.

There is a fantastic threesome from Tachyon Publications in the from of Pirate Utopia by Bruce Sterling, Nightmares edited by Ellen Datlow and finally a collection of works from Lauren Beukes.

Next up is Valley of Embers by Steven Kelliher a super promising epic fantasy featuring flaming swords, powerful dragons and some familiar character tropes that made jumping into this world a pure delight.

TOR has sent me some great goodies recently. The sequel to Updraft by Fran Wilde is Cloudbound, Red Tide from Marc Turner and Unhonoured by Tracey and Laura Hickman. It's always a love hate thing getting books that are the second or third in a series when you have not read the first. Sadly that is the case with all three of these but I'm still going to give them a good go,
